BBMK (Bina Bakat Minat dan Kepemimpinan), merupakan sarana perkenalan Unit kegiatan Mahasiswa kepada mahasiswa baik itu ditingkat fakultas maupun tingkat universitas. Setiap tahun Kopma Unand selalu mengadakan kegiatan ini. Pada tahun 2015 tercatat 132 orang peserta BBMK. Kegiatan yang dilakukan peserta bukan hanya materi di dalam ruangan tetapi mereka juga ikut dalam kegiatan bazar Pekan-Ku, harapannya dengan kegiatan ini mereka bisa menumbuhkan jiwa entrepeneur.
